Wording of the machine dashboard. Every label a dashboard slot can show lives here rather than in the resolver, for the same reason the Pages own the items: a state written in the code would be untranslatable, invisible to the page author, and would silently disagree with the rest of the server's vocabulary. One entry is expected. Without it the dashboard still renders — the tags simply resolve to the defaults below, which is preferable to a screen full of raw enum names.
