Open Translation Settings Action
Open the translation settings menu
Action to open the translation settings menu for a player. The menu itself is page-declared: this action only routes to the open_gui entry configured as settingsMenu on [TranslationConfigEntry]. Place the translate_button:TOGGLE_CHAT and translate_button:TOGGLE_SIGN markers on that page to get the live toggle state.
